In all honesty, we personally don’t see what the big deal is. Hasbro explained during the presentation that they had to relegate Clone Commander Gree to being a retailer exclusive for one simple reason: his complex paint operations.
Seeing Clone Commander Gree on the large monitors for the very first time was a fantastic experience. JTA was in attendance and were walking by the Toy R Us panel stage while the figure was being officially announced and shown. Clone Commander Gree was a pretty big surprise announcement at 2017’s Star Wars Celebration Orlando.
